Jeff Pinkham, CEO
A results-driven entrepreneur who successfully pursued an idea from single-handedly raising seed capital to developing and building a $320 Million corporation in Silicon Valley, 3 years later. He is a team builder with clear focus on business goals.
Jeff has over 20 years multinational experience in the hi-tech sector focused on building sales channels. He is a cross culturally experienced senior manager, after long term residences in 6 countries, including 5 years in Asia. Jeff speaks English, French and Spanish and is studying Bahasa Malay.
Eric Tachibana, CTO

Eric Tachibana has been an leading software engineer for 10 years. He currently serves as the Director and founder of five companies in Asia and the United States. His network spans Asia, US and Europe.
Eric brings both technical expertise and marketing savvy to BPO source. He has worked for the National Center for Human Genome Research where he developed SQL Gateways and CGI based software. He then moved to Mountain View CA. based Microline Systems where he developed Java applications and managed custom CGI applications for inter and intra networks before the company was acquired in 1997.
Eric was appointed Associate Director of Barclays Capital in 1999 in London and there he developed front-to-back web-based automated foreign exchange (FX) trading system using Java 1.2 Servlets, JDK 1.02 Java clients and existing back office settlement systems as well as developed an equity finance inventory, pricing and ordering interface for hedge fund clients.
eXtropia was founded in 1995 around Eric's original scripts and culminated in him moving to Singapore to establish eXtropia's open source business model and eventually was acquired in 2002 by a Singapore listed IT company.
Along the way he found time to publish 6 programming books, contribute to Web Ware Monthly along with speaking engagements including Linux World and teaching training seminars at UOB Asset Management, Standard Chartered Bank and Schroder Investment Management.
Nicholas Ashby , Advisor

Nicholas' career as an investment banker stretches back to 1981, and takes in M&A, privatisations, venture capital, equity research and fund management. Prior to establishing the Celadon Capital Group in 1996, he was attached to Crosby Group from 1992, now a unit of Société Generale, where he oversaw the development of its corporate finance and securities operations in Malaysia, India, Korea and Philippines. Previously, he held senior positions with the M&A arm of Nomura Group in London, during which time he was, among other roles, part of the team that privatised the Czech tobacco industry through a US$400 million sale to Philip Morris Inc.. In his earlier career, he was attached to the equity research operations of SG Warburg Securities in Tokyo as well as a leading London stockbroking firm, both firms now part of UBS Group.
A regular speaker at conferences around the region, Nicholas is a well-known figure among the financial, technopreneur and life sciences communities in Malaysia, being one of the co-founders of the Kuala Lumpur chapter of the First Tuesday Group. First Tuesday is an international networking group for internet entrepreneurs, business angels, venture capitalists and service providers to the internet sector, with 100,000 members worldwide and operations in 50 cities and 25 countries.
Nicholas holds Masters Degrees in Chemical Engineering and Natural Science from Trinity Hall, Cambridge, England.
Patrick Ng , Operations Advisor

Mr Patrick Ng is the Chief Operating Officer of Emerge Systems (M) Sdn Bhd. He graduated in Bachelors of Electronics and Communications from The University of Birmingham, UK. Patrick’s past working experience include working with Unified Communications Limited, a public listed company on the Singapore Exchange. He was a pioneer in Unified Communications and have been placed in different positions in the company from Pre Sales Manager to the Manager of the Product Strategy, Planning and Management Group, as it developed from a local Malaysian company to a multi national company with presence in more than 10 countries. He has more than 6 years experience in the ICT industry and have been involved in ICT projects globally. Currently his role in Emerge Systems include planning and strategizing the company operations, planning the product development and assisting the CEO of the company in the overall corporate strategy.
